Background knowledge & FAQ
The lead time is 2-3 weeks at benfido. In parallel, your IT can already view the API documentation and prepare the connection. The connection itself is not a major IT effort and consists of an integration lasting several days and the following tests.
Apart from some project support during implementation (approx. 0.5 MAK), there is no further effort. After the start of the project, the effort is reduced to regular coordination and the marketing effort that the bank wants to do. The entire operation of the benfido products lies with us.
Absolutely. Customers give their okay via opt-in and agree to the terms of use. Anything else is out of the question for us and would also not be serious.
